Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking a General Manager to join our team. We are a rapidly growing franchise group in the state, who believes that making a difference can be as simple as making a delicious sub. Core Responsibilities of a General Manager:
The core responsibilities of a general manager include overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, managing and leading a team of employees, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, managing inventory and supplies, and handling financial matters such as budgeting and cash flow management. They are also responsible for hiring and training new staff members, creating and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring that the restaurant is in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Additionally, they play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales. Overall, the general manager is responsible for ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly and profitably while providing excellent customer service.
