Looking for a friendly, energetic team player to join our fast-paced sandwich shop as a full-time team member in Vadnais Heights. In this role, you'll be the face of our brand, helping customers enjoy delicious subs while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Great hours 10am-9pm (opening shift starts 7am, Varied shifts available 7-2pm, 11-4pm, 11-8pm, 11-9:30pm closing shift and more)

Duties
- Prepare and assemble fresh sandwiches and other menu items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and answering questions about menu options.
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food handling, bussing tables, and adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist with food prep tasks like slicing meats, cheeses, and vegetables while following proper sanitation procedures.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude.

Compensation
$17 hr = $13 hr plus $4 hr tips guaranteed tips, Guaranteed $17 hr to start w/ tips
Payroll pays tips evenly on paychecks, no missing out on tips, $4hr guaranteed.
