Team Kalo has grown its ownership of Jersey Mike’s Subs restaurant franchises to 68 stores located across Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. Its goal is to reach 75 units by the end of 2024. In 2022 Kalo expanded to two brands welcoming Slim Chickens to the Kalo Companies portfolio. Opening the first location in Tallahassee on Monroe St. Slim Chickens has expanded and grown to include two locations in Tallahassee and five additional across the panhandle of Florida.
Team Kalo, which employs almost 1000 people, owns and operates each of its locations and through its management company, Kalo Restaurant Group, LLC (KRG), provides the management, operational and administrative support for all of its locations. Team Kalo is building on its past success and expanding its own footprint throughout the southeast.
About the Role:
As a Crew Member at Jersey Mike's in Winter Garden, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality food products. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every customer has a positive experience, from taking orders to preparing sandwiches and maintaining cleanliness in the store. You will work collaboratively with your team to meet daily operational goals while adhering to food safety standards. This position requires a commitment to excellence and a passion for providing delicious food in a friendly environment. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to the overall success of the restaurant and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Responsibilities:
