Responsibilities include:
- setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, portioning meat, preparing sauces)
- preparing menu items consistent with JGC standards of quality, quantity, and presentation
- keeping a clean work station and clean kitchen
- rotate and stock inventory appropriately
- comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
