Key Responsibilities:
Child Supervision & Care
- Ensure constant supervision and safety of infants and toddlers
- Assist with feeding, diapering, toilet training, and napping routines
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom
- Support implementation of age-appropriate learning activities and play
- Interact with children to promote physical, emotional, and social development
- Read to children, sing songs, and engage in hands-on sensory activities
- Follow all health, hygiene, and sanitation procedures (e.g., diaper changing, cleaning
- Monitor children’s health and behavior; report any concerns to the Lead Teacher or
- Maintain compliance with licensing regulations and center policies
- Maintain daily communication with parents regarding each child’s routine, mood, and
- Document daily activities, meals, diaper changes, and incidents accurately
- High School Diploma or GED required
