Jersey Boys Soft Wash – Wall, NJ
Jersey Boys Soft Wash is hiring a full-time Christmas Light Installer to join our team.
MUST BE COMFORTABLE ON STEEP ROOFS.
This is a hands-on outdoor position for someone who works hard, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable with physically demanding days. During the holiday season, the position transitions into professional Christmas light installation.
This job can involve long hours, steep roofs, and tall ladders. You must be comfortable working at heights and in physically demanding outdoor conditions.
Starting Pay
10% of job revenue roughly $22-35/ hr
Your earning potential increases as your productivity, skills, responsibilities, and ability to complete jobs efficiently improve. Additional performance-based bonuses and advancement opportunities are available.
What You’ll Do
- Install professional Christmas light displays on homes, rooflines, trees, and other exterior areas
- Set up, climb, and work from tall ladders
- Work on steep and elevated roof surfaces
- Maintain equipment, trucks, tools, and job sites
- Protect customer property and landscaping while working
- Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Represent Jersey Boys Soft Wash with professionalism, pride, and respect
Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from work is required
- Must be comfortable working on steep roofs and tall ladders
- Must be willing and able to work long hours when required
- Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, and changing weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting equipment, carrying ladders, climbing, bending, and working on your feet for extended periods
- Dependable and consistently on time
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Able to follow instructions and established company procedures
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Professional attitude around customers and coworkers
