Job Summary:
Responsible for the selling of bingo cards, call outs and floor verifications in accordance with all company standards, policies, and procedures.
Essential Job Functions:
- Sell bingo cards to guests in paper and electronic units
- Maintain and balance own bank
- Call numbers and operate bingo equipment including call desk
- Verify winning cards
- Operate computer system within the bingo department
- All other duties that may be assigned
Work Environment:
- Must be willing to work any shift when necessary, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English
- Must provide excellent customer service and respond calmly when handling guest’s needs
- Basic math skills required
- Previous experience in money handling required
- Previous bingo experience preferred
- Previous customer service experience required
- Experience with Fortunet a plus
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have Gaming Registration or ability to obtain same
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, and sit for 6 hours
- Must have close vision and distance vision abilities
- Must be able to lift, carry, pull, or move objects weighing up to 20 pounds
- Must have manual dexterity in hands and fingers
