Service BDR (Business Development Representative)

About the Role
As a Service BDR, you'll be the friendly voice connecting our customers to the service department. You'll build rapport, serve as a reliable point of contact, and keep appointments running smoothly from first call to follow-up.
What You'll Do
- Call customers regarding any type of vehicle service need
- Answer incoming calls directed to the Service department
- Schedule and confirm service appointments
- Clarify promotions and answer customer questions
- Track and update the status of customer appointments
- Follow up on inquiries and route calls to the right team member
- Deliver friendly, high-quality customer service
- Take on additional tasks as assigned

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
