What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and provide a professional, friendly experience
- Perform vehicle walkarounds and accurately document customer concerns
- Prepare and manage repair orders
- Explain recommended repairs and obtain customer authorization
- Coordinate repairs with technicians and parts personnel
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Deliver exceptional customer service from vehicle drop-off through pickup
- Build long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat business
- Help achieve department sales, CSI, and customer satisfaction goals
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Previous automotive dealership experience
- Service Advisor experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong sales and upselling abilities
- Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Preferred Qualifications
- General Motors dealership experience
- Experience using CDK or other dealership management software
- Proven history of strong CSI scores and service sales performance
