What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate appointments and sales opportunities.

• Communicate our dealership's value and services with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure effective follow-up.

• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Maintain a customer-first mindset in every conversation, building rapport and trust.
