What You'll Do
- Greet customers in a warm, professional manner.
- Accurately process payments (cash, check, and credit card) for service and parts.
- Operate our dealership's computer system and cash register efficiently.
- Ensure all documents, receipts, and totals are verified and properly recorded.
- Work closely with service advisors and department managers to support a smooth customer experience.
- Handle customer concerns with poise and refer to appropriate staff when needed.
- Assist in maintaining and reconciling cash register balances daily.
- Process refunds and mail out customer documents as necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures.
- A positive, professional appearance and attitude.
- Willingness to learn dealership systems and tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well with customers.
- Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus, but not required-we'll train the right person!
