YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
As the digital face of our dealership, you will:
- Own the Inbox: Respond quickly and professionally to inbound internet leads via phone, email, and text.
- Set the Stage: Build rapport, answer questions, and schedule VIP test-drive appointments.
- Deliver the Experience: Conduct world-class vehicle presentations and walk customers through the exciting process of buying their GMC or preowned vehicle.
- Build a Pipeline: Follow up with past buyers to generate a lucrative, long-term referral network.
- Stay Organized: Utilize our state-of-the-art CRM system to keep your pipeline clean and efficient.
WHO YOU ARE
- A Master Communicator: You are comfortable making phone calls, write crisp texts/emails, and genuinely enjoy talking to people.
