Part‑Time | Hourly Weekend On‑Call Incentive
Location: Morris, MN
Our team is looking for a motivated, reliable, and hands‑on Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily operations and support a high‑performing convenience store environment. What You’ll Do
- Lead daily store operations and support a consistent Monday–Friday schedule (5am–2pm), with flexibility to cover staff absences.
- Supervise shift teams, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver excellent customer service, resolving issues with professionalism and care.
- Train, coach, and motivate employees to meet performance and store goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate expectations and track progress.
- Support pricing decisions using industry trends and competitive surveys.
- Maintain store standards, ensuring the environment is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Provide backup support for till operations and kitchen tasks.
- Assist with administrative and bookkeeping duties, including deposits, shift reconciliation, ATM checks, and daily reporting.
- Enforce cash handling, lottery, and security policies to protect company assets.
- Monitor and manage inventory, including daily tobacco counts, lottery balancing, and weekly vendor orders.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate openly with the Store Manager, reporting performance concerns and operational needs.
