Job Summary:
Assist guests in purchasing merchandise in the gift shop and promote, sign up, and aid players in the More Club Card Program.
Essential Job Functions:
· Assist guests with questions and benefits of the More Club Card
· Sell merchandise
· Maintain and balance the proper bank at the beginning and end of shift
· Stock and clean the gift shop
· All other duties that may be assigned
Work Environment:
· Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke
· Must be willing to work any shift when necessary, including weekends and holidays
Job Requirements:
· Must possess excellent communication skills
· Must be able to work independently and proven to be self-motivated
· Must provide excellent customer service skills
· Must have a minimum of one year cash handling experience
· Prior experience as Slot Club Representative or retail clerk preferred
· Selling skills a plus
· Previous customer service skills required
· Previous computer skills required
· Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English; Bilingual a plus
· Must have Gaming Registration or the ability to obtain same
· Must be at least 21 years of age
Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to stand for long periods of time
· Must be able to continuously maneuver around office
· Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel, twist and work at a desk
· Must have manual dexterity in hands and fingers
Job Type: Full-time
