The Human Resources Generalist has a key role in supporting Jerry's Value Mission and is responsible for providing support to the Human Resources team and the organization as the Human Resources Subject Matter Expert, directly overseeing Leave, Benefits, Compensation, and Workers' Compensation.
The Job
- Support Human Resources functions as Subject Matter Expert
- Provide Human Resources support to all Team Members
- Know and support Jerry's Culture and Handbook
- Ensure Jerry's is compliant with Human Resources laws and regulations
- Oversee administration of Jerry's Compensation program, Leave and Benefits porgrams
- Administer Jerry's Worker's Compensation program
- Support management to ensure Team Member disciplinary process is fair and consistent with company policies and practices
Requirements
- Superior customer service and human relations skills
- 4 years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Experience administering worker's compensation, leave, benefits, and compensation
- Excellent critical thinking, time management, and communication skills
- Excellent Excel skills
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- ADP WorkforceNow HRIS/HCM experience a plus
Compensation
- Annual compensation starting at $60,000 to $80,000

Schedule
- Scheduled 43-47 hours weekly
- Typically Monday thru Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with evenings and weekends as needed
- Position is located in the Corporate Office
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
