Key responsibilities and essential functions:
Answer and properly direct phone calls. Calls may range from price quotes, scheduling, to directing employees.
Provide clerical services by maintaining and filing records and keeping the office organized and efficient.
Open mail, sort and file if applicable.
Take mail to the post office
Prepare bank deposits, and at times drop them off at the bank.
Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Assist in hiring of employees, and proper paper work
Manage supplies and work orders.
Required Skills:
must have a strong worth ethic be detail oriented and organized
Ability to communicate via phone, in person, and in writing in a straight forward and professional manner.
Understand how to build strong relationships with vendors, contractors and employees.
Ability to multi task and appropriately prioritize tasks.
Construction experience is a plus but not required.
Human Resources experience is a plus but not required.
Accounts payable is a plus but not required.
Hours:
Full time hours 8:00 am- 5:00 pm with additional hours as required to fully complete requirements.
Must be able to pass a pre employment drug screen
