Insurance Customer Service Representative
Jerry Pyles - State Farm Agent is hiring a Licensed Insurance person to work as an Account Representative. You will be vital to our daily business operations. You will be expected to maintain and grow our agency through meaningful customer interactions while acting as a liason between customer needs and agency departments. Responsibilities
· Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
· Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
· Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
· Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity
· Maintain knowledge of new products.
· Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
· Uphold the wants and needs of your customers
Requirements
· P&C Insurance License
· Life & Health Insurance License (must be willing to obtain)
· Prior insurance industry experience helpful
· Have a proven track record in providing excellent customer service
· Have a proven track record of dependability & reliability showing up to work as scheduled, on time.
· Desire to help educate others on insurance how and why it's important to have the proper coverage.
· Have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
· Great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
· Create relationships from a cold start and be able to handle customer rejection.
· Have the ability to answer prospective client's questions efficiently and effectively.
· Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
· Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
· Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
