Accounting File Clerk
Our company has an opportunity for a results-focused and experienced File Clerk. The File Clerk will maintain filing system and file all service repair orders, providing copies for distribution and maintaining all files both tangible and electronic.
Job Responsibilities
- Operates scanner and copier
- Maintains service records
- Researches missing repair order information
- Assists with warranty processing
- Knows and understands the Privacy and Information Security Policy, and adhere to its requirements
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
