We offer paid on-the-job training to turn hardworking individuals into skilled roofing technicians.

Job Requirements: Growth & Skills

• Experience & Attitude: Proven experience in roofing or construction is welcome, but not required. We are happy to teach you the skills of the trade if you have the drive to learn.
• Cultural Fit & Character: We are looking for dependable, reliable individuals with a strong work ethic and real grit. Integrity and being a good communicator are essential to our team—we can teach you the trade, but you need to bring the right character.
• Tools & Equipment: Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, or scaffolding is a great head start. We will train you to use all necessary equipment safely and effectively.
• Versatility: Exposure to related trades like carpentry, trim work, siding installation, or framing is a huge plus that will help you advance quickly.
• Material Knowledge: Familiarity with building materials—whether it's shingles, metal roofing, vinyl/Hardie siding, or roof coatings—enhances your versatility, though we will teach you the specifics of our products.
• Physical Requirements: You must be comfortable working at heights and capable of heavy lifting. We will provide the safety training and protocols to ensure you work securely and confidently.

• Monday to Friday
• Driver’s License required
• Reliable transportation to the shop/job site required
