This individual contributor role is ideal for a compensation professional who thrives in a complex, global environment — combining deep analytical expertise with strategic insight to support executive pay, long-term incentives, and global mobility programs.
- Serve as a key advisor on executive compensation matters, partnering with HR, Finance, and Legal to support senior leadership decisions around offers, promotions, retention awards, and separations.
- Manage the design, analysis, and administration of executive compensation programs, including annual incentives, long-term incentive (LTI) and equity plans, and performance-based rewards.
- Support global mobility programs, ensuring governance, compliance, and a seamless experience for relocating leaders and expatriates.
- Conduct complex compensation modeling and market analysis, including valuation of equity awards and buyout scenarios.
- Provide technical guidance on compensation policies, plan design, and market benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and internal alignment.
- Lead the annual executive pay cycle, preparing recommendations, documentation, and materials for senior management and governance review.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes, leverage digital tools, and enhance data accuracy and reporting.
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation for all executive reward arrangements, including buyouts, retention, incentive, and severance programs.
- Bachelor’s degree required (Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field).
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in Executive Compensation, Global Mobility, or Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program management, ideally within a large, matrixed organization.
- Proven ability to model and interpret complex financial data with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market benchmarking, and equity valuation methodologies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
