This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Trial Attorney, based in Las Vegas, NV, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Senior Trial Attorney will manage a caseload, handle all stages of litigation, including drafting legal motions, conducting depositions, and representing clients in court. The role involves preparing for and conducting trials, collaborating with the legal team, and maintaining strong client communication throughout the legal process.
- Proven expertise in Law and deep understanding of legal principles and procedures
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing Motions and other legal documents
- Experience working in Courts, including courtroom presentation and proceedings
- Skilled in conducting Trials and Depositions
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Admitted to practice law in the state of Nevada and in good standing
- Leadership or mentoring experience in a legal environment is a plus
