Remote Licensed Insurance Advisor – Outbound Focus (WA License Required)
Location: Fully Remote (Based in WA or holding WA P&C License) Schedule: M–F, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST Compensation Range: $100K–$200K annually (Base Commission Performance Bonuses)

- A WA state-licensed Property & Casualty insurance professional
- Strong communication skills, confident on the phone
- Self-starter who thrives in a structured, results-oriented setting
- Tech-savvy (CRM experience preferred)
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Coachable and collaborative – you’ll be part of a sharp, aligned team
Your Day-to-Day
- Guide prospective clients through the insurance process with clarity and care
- Follow our proven outreach and consultative sales approach
- Maintain a healthy lead pipeline using CRM tools
- Handle underwriting accuracy and ensure proper documentation
- Stay informed on product updates and compliance
