I opened my agency in 2011 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, giving me valuable experience that helped prepare me for agency ownership. I'm originally from Louisiana, a graduate of Louisiana Tech University, and truly enjoy serving the community I now call home.
Giving back is an important part of our agency. I'm an active member of Rotary and Friends of Main Street, and I enjoy supporting initiatives that help strengthen our local community.

As a Customer Service Representative with Jeremy Hilton - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
