What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Production Associate position at Jeremiah's Pick Coffee Co.?
ABOUT US
Founded in 1993, Jeremiah’s Pick Coffee is a San Francisco–based specialty roaster rooted in a simple philosophy: “Right Roast. Right Taste.” We begin with the finest green coffee beans, carefully selected by our procurement team. Each batch is hand-roasted and matched to the ideal color profile to bring out the unique character and nuances of every origin.
Freshness is central to everything we do. Coffee is a delicate, perishable product, so we protect it from light, air, and moisture by packaging every batch within 48 hours of roasting. Our vacuum-sealed foil bags and one-way freshness valves lock in peak flavor and aroma.
We are deeply committed to responsible sourcing and long-term relationships with family farms and cooperatives that prioritize quality and social responsibility. Since 1996, our coffees have been certified organic annually by CCOF under USDA regulations. By partnering directly with growers and supporting sustainable practices, we ensure consistency, integrity, and a positive impact throughout the supply chain.
