Essential Functions
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and serve with a smile.
- Deliver exceptional 5-Star Guest Service at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain professional relationships with co-workers, refraining from gossip.
- Answer guest questions accurately and politely.
- Support team members when needed to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Prepare, serve, and maintain all products according to brand standards for quality, consistency, and food safety.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge, including Limited Time Offers, promotions, catering orders, and Rewards Program details.
- Perform opening and closing responsibilities as assigned.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of the store.
- Stock and rotate inventory to ensure efficiency and availability.
- Assist with upselling and guest engagement to support store sales.
- Follow portion control and preparation standards to minimize waste.
- Handle cash and other forms of payment accurately.
- Support sales goals by promoting add-ons, specials, and promotions.
