Front of House Team Lead – Jeremiah’s Italian Ice of Creekside
Reports to: General Manager
Hourly Pay: $10- $13 per hour. Includes hourly base pay is $10 per hour plus tip share.

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated and passionate Team Lead to help lead our team and support the General Manager in running day-to-day store operations. In this role, you’ll be hands-on, people-focused, and instrumental in keeping the store operating at the highest level—from customer service to cleanliness to financial performance.
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional, 5-star customer service to every guest
- Support scheduling, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Manage inventory and place weekly Sysco orders
- Coordinate and execute catering orders and off-site events
- Ensure the store consistently meets high standards of cleanliness, organization, and brand excellence
- Lead by example and foster a positive, team-first culture

Experience & Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in quick service, fast casual, retail, or a customer-focused environment
- Prior leadership experience with a focus on team development and operational efficiency
