Responsibilities
Interviewing hiring on boarding and training, staff and maintaining a proper staff level
You are fully responsible for the four walls of the Operation
Supervise day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage outlets
Aid in all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability
Scheduling
Hiring/Firing
Maintaining food costs, placing orders and organizing the store
CLEANING
You are the go-to on-call person responsible for all operations.
Qualifications
Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
This position requires a full-time schedule.
