As a Promotional Brand Ambassador, you'll serve as the face of our clients, creating memorable customer experiences, educating consumers on products and services, and helping customers find solutions that fit their needs. What You'll Do
- Represent nationally recognized brands at retail locations and promotional events
- Engage customers through professional, face-to-face conversations
- Demonstrate products and services while educating customers on available options
- Build rapport and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Generate new customer acquisitions through consultative sales
- Meet individual and team performance goals
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
- Collaborate with team members to execute promotional campaigns
- Participate in daily coaching, product training, and professional development
