Our subsidiary, Gen-Systems Power Solutions, delivers turnkey mobile gas turbine power for industrial, frac, and emergency response markets. We're seeking a proven Supply Chain Director to lead operational excellence at our Houston facility.

Position Summary:

The Vice President of Engineering is the executive leader responsible for the strategy, execution, and performance of the engineering organization supporting JEET’s North American portfolio, including electric and turbine fracturing units (IntelliFrac, Apollo), gas turbine gensets, mobile power plants, and conventional well service equipment. This role ensures JEET’s products deliver safe, reliable, and cost‑effective performance while advancing lower‑emission, digital, and high‑efficiency technologies that align with JEET’s commitment to sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the engineering strategy and technology roadmap for JEET’s fracturing, power generation, and well service equipment, aligning with corporate ESG and growth objectives.
  • Lead the full product lifecycle for capital equipment (concept, design, analysis, prototyping, testing, certification, production support, and upgrades) ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
  • Drive innovation in mechanical, electrical, controls, and digital systems to enhance reliability, efficiency, and emissions performance of electric and turbine frac fleets and mobile power solutions.
  • Establish and continuously improve engineering processes, standards, and tools, including design reviews, risk assessments, configuration management, and documentation control.
  • Partner closely with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and service teams in Houston and other sites to optimize designs for manufacturability, cost, quality, and maintainability.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry codes and standards for oilfield and pressure equipment, as well as customer and regulatory requirements in North American and international markets.
  • Provide senior technical oversight for major bids, key customer projects, and critical field issues, including root cause analysis and reliability improvement programs.

  • Own the engineering budget (people, labs, test assets, tools) and portfolio governance, prioritizing projects that maximize customer value and business impact.
  • Represent JEET engineering with strategic customers, technology partners, and internal global stakeholders, reinforcing a culture of “focus on customer needs” and “continuous improvement to be the best.”

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum, or related Engineering discipline from an accredited institution.
  • 15 years of progressive engineering experience in oilfield equipment, energy equipment, or heavy industrial capital equipment, including 8 years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven track record leading engineering for complex, high‑horsepower equipment such as fracturing units, turbine or electric fleets, gas turbine gensets, or similar oilfield systems.
  • Demonstrated success managing the full lifecycle of multi‑million‑dollar equipment programs from concept through field deployment in North American basins or comparable markets.
  • Strong knowledge of applicable standards and practices for pressure equipment, rotating machinery, and mobile power systems used in oil and gas operations.
  • Experience partnering with manufacturing and supply chain organizations to deliver cost, quality, and delivery improvements through design optimization.
  • Proven ability to build, lead, and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams in a fast‑paced, customer‑driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging both technical and non‑technical audiences, including executive leadership and strategic customers.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Management, or MBA.
  • Experience with electric fracturing, direct‑drive turbine fracturing, or other low‑emission, ESG‑focused completion technologies.
  • Background in digital oilfield solutions, including remote monitoring, automation, controls, and data analytics for equipment performance and predictive maintenance.
