Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues accurately and efficiently.
- Perform maintenance services, including brakes, alignments, powertrain, and suspension work.
- Service electrical systems and perform light diesel repairs as needed.
- Communicate clearly with customers and service advisors about repair needs.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on automotive repair experience required.
- Technical or trade school degree and ASE certifications preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and a customer-first attitude.
Compensation & Reviews
- Hourly pay based on experience and performance.
- 90-day performance review with potential pay increase.
- ASE certification testing paid 100% by Jensen Tire & Auto.
