In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in selecting the perfect jewelry pieces to celebrate their special moments. We are an independent, family-owned jeweler know for our unique selection, quality product, and custom designs.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance throughout their shopping experience.
- Utilize POS systems effectively for transactions, including cashiering and cash handling.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of fine jewelry items.
- Maintain an organized sales floor through effective merchandising and stocking of products.
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and placing orders as necessary.
- Foster a positive shopping environment by maintaining cleanliness and organization within the store.
