Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in the Pacific or Mountain time zone. This role will partner with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand open positions, company branding, and recruiting strategies.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and salary negotiations. They will utilize Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and other tools to proactively engage passive candidates, particularly for technical roles. The candidate will promote and optimize the Employee Referral Program to drive high-quality talent acquisition.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree or higher from a four-year institution and at least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in technical recruiting within an agency or corporate environment. Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines in niche technical areas within a multi-state or multinational environment is required. Experience recruiting for engineering, architectural, or professional consulting roles is highly desirable.
