Job Duties:

• Softscapes: Oversee planting and maintaining trees, shrubs, and other plant material.
• Hardscapes: Supervise the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other stone/concrete features.
• Leading a Team: Manage a crew, delegate tasks, and provide guidance to ensure efficient work and a positive team environment.
• Using Tools and Equipment: Operate and maintain landscaping tools and small equipment, ensuring safe and effective use.
• Following Safety Policies: Enforce safety standards, monitor job site conditions, and ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with safety guidelines.
• Customer Representation: Represent the company professionally, ensuring clients have a positive experience and that their needs are met throughout the project.
• Project Status Reporting: Regularly communicating with the Landscape Superintendent on the status of projects.

A pre-employment drug screen and background check are required.

Ideal Candidate:

• Must possess a valid driver's license with a proven clean driving history
• Ability to successfully pass a drug screening and background check
• Previous Landscape Foreman experience with proven ability to lead and manage teams.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in landscape installation including both softscape and hardscape projects.
• Strong Plant Identification Knowledge
• Snow Removal Participation is required
• Flexible Availability to work Monday – Friday with occasional overtime as needed
