Legal Assistants play an integral role in our business by providing key administrative support to their attorney(s) while working together with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will be motivated, highly organized and detail oriented. Legal Assistant Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with document management, organization and opening/closing of files
- Coordinate with clients, attorneys and other parties to schedule client meetings, court dates, depositions, and other litigation-related meetings, and manage the attorney’s Outlook calendar
- Assist with all aspects of litigation including filings in all state and federal courts, drafting correspondence, notices of discovery to opposing counsel, and other form documents
- Assist with time entry and billings
- Provide general administrative assistance
- Use legal software (NetDocs, ShareFile, etc.)

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience
- 2-5 years of experience in an office setting, preferably at a law firm or within another other law-related setting

- Experience with legal software (NetDocs), preferred
