We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our property management team! The ideal candidate takes pride in quality work, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys keeping our communities in great shape. This position will cover four apartment communities located in Tacoma and Puyallup.Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year (DOE)Key Responsibilities:Unit Turns: Complete apartment turns efficiently and thoroughly, including painting, flooring installation, caulking, fixture replacement, appliance installation, cabinetry repairs, and hole patching.Grounds Maintenance: Keep the property clean and welcoming by emptying trash bins, maintaining pet stations, and ensuring common areas are neat and orderly.General Maintenance: Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls for plumbing, electrical, and general handyman repairs.Teamwork & Safety: Work closely with property management and follow all safety procedures and maintenance standards.Qualifications:Previous experience in property maintenance or general construction preferredStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailReliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a teamMust have a valid driver’s license and basic toolsWe Offer:Competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 annually (depending on experience)Opportunity for advancementSupportive team environmentSteady, full-time work across multiple communitiesIf you take pride in your work and want to be part of a great team, we’d love to hear from you!Company DescriptionSmall and dynamic Property Management Company!
