Primary Responsibilities (include But Not Limited To
- Travel to customer sites to perform installations, training, calibrations, equipment moves, repairs, maintenance, and other required product support services.
- Build and maintain an expert level of product and application knowledge for several Trioptics product lines.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Resolve customer service issues or difficulties.
- Maintain professional business relationships with customers.
- Provide status of ongoing projects and future projects to Management.
- Provide product demonstrations and support engineering center testing and measurement services.
- Identify customer’s needs and sales opportunities and suggest technical solutions for optical metrology and production equipment.
- BS degree in Engineering required, manufacturing methods or similar is preferred or 5 years of relevant experience.
- 3 -5 years of industrial/manufacturing experience in a customer infield support role.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and adapt to changing work schedules.
- Have the ability to travel domestically (some international) 30 – 50%
- Have a valid Drivers License and a valid Passport
- US Citizenship or Qualified U.S. Worker
