Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Store Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, operating the cash register, restocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Process sales transactions using the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately.
Restock shelves, organize displays, and ensure product availability.
Answer customer inquiries regarding product features, pricing, and availability.
Maintain store cleanliness, including sweeping, dusting, and organizing fitting rooms/aisles.
Assist with inventory counts and receiving incoming shipment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs (15 kg).
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
