Maintenance Tech/ Welder – Bailey Mine Prep Plant
Jennmar Services is looking for dependable, hard-working Maintenance Technicians to join our team at the Bailey Mine Prep Plant. These are full-time positions offering steady hours, competitive pay, great benefits, and long-term career opportunities.
Job Description:
Perform mechanical repairs on prep plant machinery as needed
Welding and torching as needed (preferred, not required)
- Fabrication and grinding as needed (preferred, not required)

General labor and maintenance support where needed
Follow all safety procedures and other duties as assigned
Schedule:
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Night Shift: 9:00pm- 7:00AM

4 days on / 3 days off (10-hour shifts) overtime as available
Benefits:
Pay increase at 90-days (conditions apply)

Requirements:
Previous maintenance experience preferred
- MSHA Surface certification (training provided if needed)

Ability to work shifts including weekends/holidays
Must pass background check, drug & alcohol screening, and hair-follicle test

Reflective vest or shirt
Metatarsal boots
