Our Function
The Investor Services team manages client and account-related events across Institutional Equity, Fixed Income, Retail Funds, and Pru Trust portfolios. Events include new account onboardings, product launches, terminations, asset transfers, custodian changes, and strategy updates.
In this role, you will serve as key coordinator, ensuring these events are executed accurately, on time, and in partnership with teams across the firm. Your Impact
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Support a wide range of account events (e.g., onboardings, terminations, asset transfers, custodian changes, strategy updates) across multiple products.
- Serve as a key liaison, collaborating with internal partners (Client Service, Portfolio Management, Trading, Investment Services, Compliance, Finance, etc.) to prepare for and complete account events.
- Partner directly with external stakeholders (clients, custodians, transition managers, etc.) to ensure smooth execution and accurate delivery of client events.
- Work with senior members of the Investor Services team to manage all aspects of account activity, ensuring timely communication of status, issues, and progress through completion.
- Develop strong working knowledge of systems and applications used to execute tasks (Eagle and various proprietary tools).
- Understand the full workflow of account events and apply sound judgment to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Research and resolve issues that may arise during the workflow, escalating to management when needed.
- Identify processing issues or areas of risk and recommend improvements to strengthen procedures.
- Ensure checklists, procedures, and documentation are accurate, clear, and kept up to date.
- Play a key role in the creation, testing, and implementation of new systems and applications to enhance workflows.
- Communicate effectively with production teams to ensure seamless transitions and a positive client experience.
Your Required Skills
Your required skills must include:
- BA/BS degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting preferred
- At least 5 years of experience, preferably within Asset Management Operations
- Collaborative approach with strong communication skills and a track record of working effectively across teams
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess situations that may differ from precedent and develop appropriate solutions
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
- Puts the interests of clients first and delivers service excellence at all times.
- Demonstrates ownership of work, resilience in facing challenges, and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Knowledge of downstream impacts, workflows and requirements of internal and external business partners and systems applications
- Ability to recognize high risk items and escalate those items or seek assistance to minimize risk or potential errors
- Ability to embrace and adapt to ever-changing priorities and business needs
- High level of professionalism and consistent approachable demeanor
- Adhere to the firm’s mandatory hybrid work model, which requires in-person attendance at the primary office location on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays to support collaboration, mentorship and team development. Remote work is permitted on Mondays and Friday

The base salary range for this role is $110,000-$120,000. Individual salaries for this role may vary based on various factors including but not limited to, years of experience, range in corporate level, candidate skills, and geographic location. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including but not limited to, individual and organizational performance.
