Role OverviewWe are hiring a high-performance, AI-native Account Manager who operates at the intersection of client strategy, content execution, and emerging technology. This is not a traditional account role.
You will manage client relationships while actively building, optimizing, and pressure-testing AI-driven marketing systems across content, paid media, SEO/AEO/GEO, and reporting. You will work directly with the CEO in a fast-paced R&D environment to evaluate and deploy new AI tools, frameworks, and workflows that improve agency performance and client outcomes.
This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You should be equally comfortable presenting to clients, editing AI-generated content, analyzing performance data, and identifying operational inefficiencies that AI can solve.
Client Leadership & Account Management
- Own day-to-day client communication, strategy alignment, and performance accountability
- Lead weekly status updates and monthly reporting with clear, executive-level insights
- Translate complex marketing performance into actionable recommendations
AI-Driven Content & Creative Optimization
- Edit, refine, and elevate AI-generated content to meet brand, legal, and platform standards
- Develop high-performing social, video, and campaign content using AI UGC frameworks
- Ensure all content meets strict quality control standards (accuracy, tone, compliance)
AI Systems & R&D Collaboration
- Work directly with CEO on testing and implementing emerging AI tools and workflows
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting, content creation, and campaign optimization
- Contribute to internal AI systems that improve scalability and performance across accounts
Search & Performance Expertise (SEO / GEO / AEO)
- Execute and optimize AI-powered SEO strategies, including LLM discoverability (AEO)
- Build and refine GEO strategies for local and regional dominance
- Develop structured content (FAQs, schema-informed content, authority hubs)
Paid Media & Funnel Optimization
- Collaborate with paid media team on Meta, Google, and YouTube campaigns
- Ensure targeting, budgets, and creative align with conversion goals
- Support retargeting, funnel development, and lead quality improvements
Analytics, Reporting & QA
- Analyze performance across platforms (GA4, Agency Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)
- Identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities across campaigns
- Perform rigorous QA on all outputs—content, data, targeting, and reporting
Compliance, Accuracy & AI Governance
- Fact-check AI-generated outputs for accuracy, brand alignment, and legal risk
- Ensure adherence to advertising policies, industry regulations, and platform guidelines
- Maintain a high standard of integrity in all client-facing work
- 5 years in digital marketing, account management, or growth strategy
- Proven experience across SEO, paid media, and content marketing
- Deep understanding of AI tools and workflows in marketing environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
- Experience with GA4, SEMrush, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and reporting platforms
- Exceptional writing, editing, and content evaluation skills
- High attention to detail with strong fact-checking discipline
- Experience with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and LLM-driven search
- Background in agency environments, managing multiple accounts
- Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Runway, HeyGen, Canva, Figma, Riverside
- Understanding of schema, structured content, and AI-driven SEO frameworks
- Experience building or optimizing internal workflows using AI
