Assistant Store Manager - (Full Time) - Seattle

Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist with all aspects of daily store operations, including coordinating, monitoring, and reporting on business activities.
• Maximize sales while delivering friendly, welcoming customer service.
• Assist with scheduling and help manage coverage to align with business needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and encourage clienteling.
• Support inventory management, stockroom organization, and encourage clienteling.
• Build strong client relationships and maintain an up-to-date client book through Tulip outreach.
• Proactively drive revenue through consignments and by building partnerships with interior designers and wardrobe stylists.
• Assist with resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards, policies, and procedures.
• Handle all point-of-sale transactions including sales, exchanges, refunds, gift cards, and gift wrap, etc. 
• Take an active role in all store operations such as maintaining displays, assisting with stock transfers, and receiving new merchandise.
• Support company initiatives, launches, events, and seasonal transitions.
• Communicate effectively through management feedback and daily business recaps.
• Protect company assets through effective loss prevention practices in accordance with company policies and guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales; women's upper contemporary, multi-label or luxury designer preferred
• Experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar supervisory role preferred
  
• Can-do attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and peak business periods, as business needs require
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of POS systems, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting or moving items weighing up to approximately 20 pounds

The annual base salary range for this position is $58,240 - $62,400. The base salary is determined by experience, education, skills, and location.
