Our office is based in Fairfax County, and we serve individuals and families throughout the Northern Virginia / DMV area. We’ve built a reputation for being a reliable, approachable resource in the community, and we take pride in creating a positive experience for everyone we work with.
Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm Claim Representative, which gave me a unique perspective that I still carry into leadership today. I believe in helping people understand situations clearly, staying proactive, and approaching challenges with empathy and professionalism.
The environment in our office is collaborative and supportive. I’m big on open communication, mutual respect, and helping each team member grow in their role. Whether someone is just starting out or looking to build a long-term career, I focus on making sure they feel confident, valued, and set up for success.
Outside of the office, my family is incredibly important to me. My husband now works with the Department of Energy here in the DC area, and I’m proud of my two daughters-one currently in medical school after graduating from George Mason University, and the other enjoying high school and spending time horseback riding.
I’m also actively involved in the community through the Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce, NFIB, and as a lifetime member and Five-Star Society Supporter of Disabled American Veterans (DAV).

Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Requirements:
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- People-oriented
- Detail oriented
- Proactive in problem solving
- Able to learn computer functions
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Bilingual Spanish preferred

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
