What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet and check in patients with warmth and efficiency
- Manage a high volume of calls, texts, and emails
- Verify insurance benefits and confidently communicate with patients
- Coordinate scheduling and maintain smooth daily flow
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Turn over treatment rooms between patients (linens, cleaning, restocking)
- Move quickly throughout a multi-floor office
- Support providers and troubleshoot in real-time when unexpected situations arise
This is a hands-on, active role. You’ll be multitasking constantly and helping keep the entire office running smoothly.

Physical Practical Requirements

Schedule
- Part-time (approximately 15–20 hours per week)
- Combination of morning and afternoon shifts
