Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various types of flooring.
- Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes and linens.
- Provide janitorial services that may include cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas to ensure high standards of hygiene.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning preferences and address any concerns promptly.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment for various tasks while following sanitation guidelines.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is preferred; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
