Qualifications
Education
Nurse Practitioner
- Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Licensure & Certifications
Nurse Practitioner
- Current Kentucky Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure
- Current ANCC/AANP certification
