Distribution Specialist - 2nd Shift

Join our dynamic team as a Distribution Specialist and become a vital part of our fast-paced logistics operation! In this energetic role, you will oversee the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of products within our warehouse. Your expertise will ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly, supporting our commitment to exceptional customer service.

• Load trucks in a safe and efficient manner
• Scan bar codes on products
• Count and verify all products before shipment using paperwork
• Perform all responsibilities with quality and accuracy
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
• Putting products away in the correct spot
• Must be able to use a forklift and standup lift

• Able to obtain Jennie-O Turkey store's Forklift License and previous forklift experience
• Basic math skills
• Ability to use handheld scanners
• Ability to work flexible hours (start or stop times may vary)
• Must be able to work weekends
• Able to meet error accountability program standards
• PHYSICAL: Ability to work in 28-30-degree environment
• Able to lift 50 pounds to height of 5 feet on occasional basis

• Previous distribution experience with skills
• Knowledge in the areas of inventory, bar codes, handheld scanners, forklift operation, computers, distribution environment
