- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with customers to determine their needs and preferences.
- Drive sales through consignments, partnerships with interior designers, and wardrobe stylists.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions and participate in store events.
- Maintain displays, assist with stock transfers, and receive new merchandise.
- Encourage customers to engage with us on social media platforms and sign up for Jenni Kayne Rewards.
- Share feedback with management and write daily business recaps.
- Ensure company assets are secure through loss prevention measures.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS and Inventory Management systems.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (20 pounds or more).
