Sales & Distribution Manager
Currently seeking a Sales & Distribution manager for a small specialty cut flower farm in the Seacoast of New Hampshire.
Who we are: We have multiple years of experience growing our product, however this will be the first year bringing it to market. As our business is now growing, we are looking for a talented individual to help on the sales/distribution side of our business.
Role Responsibilities: As an employee working on the sales/distribution side, you will work closely with our Owner to get our products to vendors. Finding the right fit for which vendors to use is very important to us. We pride ourselves on being a small local business, with a sustainably grown product. Representing this to potential vendors is a must. Following through with communication, accurate scheduling, and inventory is necessary. You will be working between our vendors and our Owner to meet the needs of both parties. This is a FULLY REMOTE position. We are more than welcome to have you come to the farm to see our operation, however it is not a daily/weekly/monthly requirement.
Ideal Candidate: Someone who still/has worked in the floral industry that is looking for a part time position. Someone who is punctual, organized, who communicates well with other business owners and the public (if necessary), who would be proud to represent and work with our farm, and who has some (even limited) experience in sales. This is a very relaxed job, and should not take up a large amount of time.
