Job Summary
We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused professional to build and grow a portfolio of warm partner accounts, including resellers, Value-Added Resellers VARs, and integrators. In this role, you’ll turn inbound leads and existing relationships into high margin, repeat revenue through consultative B2B sales. You’ll represent enterprise-grade physical security solutions, working exclusively with industry professionals who design, install, and service systems. This is not a retail sales position, it’s a strategic partnership role focused on long-term business growth and collaboration.

Education And Experience
- Bachelor's degree or related experience inbound/outbound sales experience 2 years
- Strong communication (verbal/written)
- Organized detail-oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite 365
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume
- CRM experience
- Tech/AV/security/distribution sales experience, preferred
- Telephony, networking, video systems experience, preferred
Up to 10% travel is required for this position, overnight travel and stays may be expected
Physical Requirements (In Compliance With ADA)
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment.
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 5 pounds.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to travel up to 10% for customer visits, partner visits, or industry events as required by the role.
