What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator for Design Studio (Remote, Part-Time, Contract) position at Jenn David Design?
We're a small, established food packaging and branding design studio looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to help keep projects moving smoothly. This is a long-term remote contract position averaging approximately 20 hours per week, though hours may vary depending on workload.
The hours are flexible, though because this role is communication-driven, we are looking for someone who is consistently available throughout the Pacific Time Zone business day to respond to messages, coordinate next steps, attend occasional Zoom meetings, and keep projects moving forward.

- Ensuring the work is complete and error-free
- Our team has everything they need to do their best work
What you'll do:
- Coordinate multiple design projects simultaneously
- Communicate with clients via email
- Schedule and attend Zoom meetings
- Keep projects organized
- Coordinate day-to-day internal tasks and deadlines
- Follow up with clients when information or approvals are needed
- Organize project files and documentation
- Ensure projects stay on schedule
- Communicate with our team through Asana, Slack, calls, and text
- Help identify and solve potential issues before they become problems
- Quality control in reviewing work before it goes to the client to ensure it is complete and error-free
Experience working in a creative agency, design studio, marketing firm, or other similar business is a plus.
